SUBWAY TILE
BATHROOM
Custom beveled subway tile installed floor to ceiling throughout the entire space with modern finishes that fit extremely well with the 1945 period home. The room was expanded and the plumbing locations were relocated to improve overall flow and function.

BASEMENT
Every inch of space was custom made with entertaining in mind. Andante field ledge stone veneer bar and stairs, live edge wood bar tops, silver oak floors and knotty alder wood barn doors.
COMMERCIAL TAX OFFICE
Commercial space given a full renovation and conversion from a dated tanning spa to tax office with a modern design.
OPEN CONCEPT
MAIN FLOOR
Updating the main floor of a late 70's home included removing a load bearing wall that divided 3 separate rooms into a bright and airy open concept living space.
